Creating Our Own Innovations

We partnered with the creators of TomoTherapy, a CT-guided, pinpoint-accurate radiation treatment, to test its ability to target cancer cells while avoiding healthy ones.

In fact, our success in treating canine patients led to this technology rapidly moving into the successful treatment of human patients. We’re also the first of only two schools of veterinary medicine in the world to offer this technology, but our reputation for treating cancer doesn’t come simply from the fact that we have the most cutting-edge treatments available. It’s our constant drive to find the link between science and care that empowers us to pave the way for new innovations across animal and human medicine.
